Social Studies 400 Project Idea

Create an infographic (visual depiction of data) based on the topic you chose to investigate for Project #2. For example, if your topic is domestic violence in Wisconsin, you could create an infographic comparing domestic violence related incidents in Wisconsin to the rest of the United States.

 Some students are interested in researching the prevalence of corporal punishment in public education. You could create an infographic demonstrating where corporal punishment is most common in the United States. You could also create an infographic illustrating debate over the psychological effects of such punishment.

Another idea some students have expressed interest in is surveying classmates on career goals. You could create an infographic illustrating the results of your research.
